The Lion & Key Hotel, London

The hotel offers excellent rooms, finished recently, with very comfortable beds and a great TV. The rooms are newly furnished, clean, modern, spacious, and feature lovely lighting, but the view is limited to a close brick wall. The service, although a little fussy over check-in requirements, was overall friendly and helpful. The location, while slightly out of the way for our liking, is beautiful and convenient for accessing the center of London. Dining was described as lovely, freshly cooked, with a note about street parking limitations affecting breakfast options. The hotel offers nice facilities with pleasant surroundings.

The hotel room was amazing, and I will definitely be coming back. However, it could have been cleaner as there was an empty box of chocolate fingers left in the room, and it was very small and noisy all night. There seemed to be people going in and out constantly until around 5 am, which was disruptive.

I stayed at this hotel with my adult son and daughter. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a break. The service was brilliant, with staff who were very helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile. The location was very convenient, ideally located for the Underground to the city center. The dining was very good value for money, offering a variety of options until 10.00. Overall, a hotel where the staff pulled out all the stops to make my stay superb.
